Aren't these 40MM shares owned by vendors and venture capitalists, including exercised warrants, etc.? I don't think any of it is from insiders in the common sense of the word. Perhaps some of them own (and are selling) enough of the stock to be considered 5% owners (and thus insiders), but I don't recall any directors or officers on the list.
