baby bells option play? sbc has suceeded in federal court: the judge struck down as unconstitutional the limits on long distance entry... the fcc is pissed. and the baby bells are now permitted to make their move...well, until the fcc steps in, i magine, with their legal machine and amicus briefs. is the fed judge overreaching? will the fcc have to go back to the drawing board? any opinions as to whch guns are bigger, or which camp will have the $$ to go the distance? ( the long distance?) there is alot of $$ at stake here. and... ps. the consumer now appears to benefit under the relaxation of the fcc's iron hand closing off competition left and right....
