The emperor has no clothes. Sell some at overvalued is not actionable rule. Occasionally in retrospect we see stock and usually the market pull back from a price target but most of the time not so.

Consensus target is useless, a mixture of educated guesses from sell side analysts. What matters more is buy side analysts guestimate which we can never know. p/e expansion, contraction, market mood, trend, and now a days algorithms are much more driver of prices than sell side opinions. Looking forward to the day when we don’t talk about this sell rule.
