good morning Christine, I'll confess to not having read through this thread and only glancing at the filings.I am trying to get a handle on the share count of OLEX. Can you tell me how many common shares are now outstanding? Who owns the 2.5m perferred shares(mentioned in the first filing)and is this all there are? How many shares(if any) have been added from converting on the $1,375,000 Reg S placement? Who is the "promoter" which received 1.2m shares on about 12/9/97 and another 500,000 on 12/16/97 (all of which have no restrictions)? Am I correct in assuming the number of "Authorized shares"(from the charter?) is still 50M? Any info regarding the above would be greatly appreciated. I apologize if this has been questioned previously(I'm sure it has)and addressed in earlier posts. I will begin reading from the beginning..DD PS: I am also curious,as to why the company had to file for extensions on 11/14/97 and 8/15/97 (NT-10Q). Was this related to the dismissal the the companies accountants( I believe this was filed a bunch of times in numerous 8-K's)..TIA
