Rod: I work at a large law firm. We have 14 jaz drives in our word processing and other data processing areas. About every 2 months or so, I make a point of going up and talking to our technical people about the reliability, problems they encounter, support from the company, etc. They think I'm crazy, of course, but have reported to me on every occasion that they have encountered no problems whatsoever. These drives are heavily used by the way. I have asked each time whether they would consider changing to the Syquest products and have even showed them the ads. I have been told no on each occasion.

So, very unscientific to be sure, but one experience in the real world.

P.S. Rod, I remember you very well from the DIMD boards earlier in the year when it blew up. I sold out at that point and just sort of forgot about it. Did that dog ever recover? Did the shareholders sue them?
