Hillary succeeded in making issues out of non-issues, the space where she excels, that space where the neo politically correct liberals excel. My takeaway on the debate is that a disproportional amount of time was spent on the birther story, the tax returns and the appearance of Hillary, hardly issues that address the direction of a country whose debt growth rate has accelerated under the Obama-Clinton pushing the US ever closer to the economic precipice.

If the focus was to be on non-economic, non-foreign policy issues, it's difficult to comprehend why an equal amount of time wasn't spent on Whitewater, emails and the Clinton foundation abuses and-or illegal activities. Definitely an opportunity lost for Trump, hopefully to be corrected in the next debate.

As far as economic and foreign discussion, Trump wins hands down as he is the candidate of change vs. Clinton whose proposals are same ole, same ole, the ones that continue to accelerate the economic train toward the precipice.
