Public roads? Many Chicago street corners are owned by the gangs. You and the ACLU are welcome to walk down 72nd after dark. Medals for everyone after that.

I can't think of a better way to get the guns off the streets, especially now that holding a little grass is almost legal. Way too much heroin, over 300 fatalities, bust that and the guns. Constitutional rights are the last thing to need protection in a war zone.
