To answer your question, I'm not sure. It's not as though we were given much information about the share distribution is it?

The only shares that I know of that had any contingencies attached were the 4 million shares of MVPH that RMCW has. They have an augmentation agreement with those 4 mil shares that make them worth $14 million on paper. Who knows maybe if exercised RMCW would own 99% of MVPH (IMHO). We'll have to wait and see how this all unfolds. I'm sure you won't hear the straight scoop from MVPH.
