With "Sales Out" to end users of 100 million and change (the non channel stuffing type revenues that we mostly all complained about last August and September),

I have yet to see a definition of sales out but it most certainly can't be sales to end users as those would have had to be recognized last quarter under any half decent accounting system.

Sales out must mean something like: from the distributors to the retailers, but not yet end users...
