Trump’s candidacy marks death of the party of personal responsibility

-- this was perhaps inevitable. The behaviors of Newt Gingrich, Tea Party, Ted Cruz, et.al. inevitably lead to this conclusion. You can not just attack attack attack ... your political opponents at all cost, and hope that you surface as a national leader who takes personal responsibility seriously. Your behavior is utterly irresponsible. So the party of "personal responsibility" becomes the party of "personal irresponsibility", and the Grand Old Party becomes the "Utterly Sophomoric Party"
