Hi Gil: Gavin Young's "Phoenix Rises" explores using AAPL OS jointly His article : "Microsoft's Anticompetitive Windows Licensing Terms Are No Longer a Threat to Apple Licensing an OS to Intel OEMs": home1.gte.net Gavin notes MSFT's "FTC Consent Decree" contains a agreement not to require Windows as the exclusive OS on a shipping Intel box . It's at the end of Gavin's paper, a lengthly load but worth reading . Isn't Compact claiming MSFT acts otherwise ?
