Not sure if I would have called her "predatory". But she certainly was a power groupie and had a history of it. I also don't absolve Bill of his role. He knew better. There was a very asymmetrical balance of power given her intern status. Much like any boss who has sex with a subordinate. The ethics stink, but it wasn't criminal.
