Richard, to anyone who follows or puts any faith in technical analysis; a "Black Cross" is the kiss of death to a stock. I've seen stocks rip off 10- 20 points to the downside when a cross occurs. At this point it would take a significant rally in TLAB (say to the $70 level) to undo what is about to happen in the next three to four week timeframe.
