Thanks G, for doing the math again, and that is basically how I come to my conclusions. My numbers are higher because I used the present number of shares. I'm not going to mention them because it scares me to think about it. In the past most of the guys stopped mentioning numbers because nobody believed them anyway, and it became just an argument. That only served to turn people away from considering ZEN something seriously to consider. So talking numbers at one time did not serve a useful purpose.

These numbers have to be a very serious consideration for our CEO and BOD in whatever plans they have for Zenyatta. We have to accept that selling the company will be at wholesale prices. The buyer wants a profit too as well as cover the risks involved with ownership. I feel if the company does get sold, the price they accept will be good enough for me. So one way or the other does not bother me. In fact, considering my age, selling would be best for me. But most of my family that is involved, going into production suits them better. The potential dividends is the best pension they will see. The low interest rate scene has put banks, insurance companies, and most pension plans at risk. More than most people realize. So the Zenyatta "pension" might be the one with less risk? I know this is 5, maybe 6 years ahead, but I assure you, 6 years goes by pretty fast. Our share price long before this will be higher than maybe a sale price might be.

All this has to be going through the heads of management. I wonder if anyone who talks frequently with management has thought of talking to them about this subject? I accept that "everything is on the table" still applies. That is the reasonable approach. So that, to me, assumes they have thought about taking Zenyatta all the way to being its own one of a kind producer.

I see Zenyatta as being now in a position where they may be able to get there without a partner. With more than 40 NDA's out there, surely there is a core number of users where you can get a figure of future sales. Lariplast alone could do it, but a one customer company is not a good bet for risk. Obviously, we are not a one customer bet. Once you have a figure of sales you can get a loan from a bank or several banks. Banks want a guarantee, naturally, but that is where the two governments come in. They have already bought into our future so for them to guarantee a loan shouldn't be an issue.

If those people who want an early pay-off are concerned, you need not be. The share price will be double figures with "crooked" numbers soon enough. There will be plenty of buyers willing to relieve you of your shares very quickly.

Just something more I think about to amuse myself while I wait.
