I enjoy this dialogue and hopefully other shareholders do as well.
I like the option of ZEN going to production as it will give us full value for our shares. To this point, I had a company director, let's leave him anonymous, say to me that the deposit is so straight forward to mine, you basically don't need a mining engineer. He was of course exaggerating but he was making the point that mining this deposit is not rocket science. 2 straight pipes, colour coded with very competent rock around it and a natural point, the sill, where you will transfer from open pit to underground. It really does not get much easier to mine.
I did not bring up loans and loan guarantees by the government but you are right, with contracts in hand and a proven pilot plant process in place, this is a possibility. If that happens, than we do not get the share dilution I used. We will still need some dilution though to get to that stage. Using 100M shares, I get $9 per share, at 80M shares I get $11 per share in after tax earnings.
Mara is great at her job but having a project like ZEN sure makes her job easy. Share price has doubled since she got here and that is just in over a month. She has told me that she has basically just been getting the marketing material ready and that the real promotion begins after the AGM. With ZEN jumping so much in the last month, I think the market is awake where ZEN is concerned and we should see an uptrend continue here.
