Pat - well now isn't that special. I can think of a whole list of folks to nominate for membership.

Some news on one of AV's little "interesting situations".

MOYC which broke off talks with Ashland Chemical now has a new
buyer for it's CMP slurry business:

Moyco Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOYC - news), a Montgomeryville, PA, manufacturer of precision abrasives, semiconductor polishing materials and professional dental supplies, has sold its chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) slurry assets and CMP business product line for the semiconductor industry to EKC Technology, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ChemFirst Corporation (OTC BB:CHMFV - news; NYSE: CEM - news), a manufacturer of specialty chemicals.

Story goes on to say the deal is worth about $10 million net to MOYC.
