Yesterday I wrote some thoughts about a subject that was discussed a couple of years back on Zenyatta and it centered around the prospects of an unfriendly takeover. Since then some things have changed that came into my thoughts this morning. Most importantly, the number of shares outstanding today is about 70M, whereas back then it was about 60M. When first discussed management was thought to own 30M or about 50%. Today I'd expect that percentage to be higher due to options increasing the float on the side of management. But considering what Zenyatta has been through, we should not dismiss something like this happening. I'm also certain that management is very alert to where the ownership of our shares is.

I follow the fortunes of a company called Karnalyte Resources and they have gone through some rough times due to an attempt by some to take the company out on the cheap. It almost worked. In the fight that followed to keep the company for the shareholders, they have lost about three years of the development process. None of us should want something like this to happen to ZEN. I do not expect it, BUT............?
