The insiders own a large chunk of the shares in Zen, but more importantly they 'control' well over 50%. That is, the shares are in the hands of those who will support the directives of the BOD as long as those directives are reasonable. Insiders and those who have done their DD KNOW what this resource is worth, so they will never allow a low ball bid.
