Well obviously the publication of the cover page of someone's tax return (sent in directly from the Trump organization) is far more serious crime, LOL.

Do you think the reporter will sit as long in a jail cell as Judith Miller did before revealing her source? 85 days in jail, before Scooter Libby let her off the hook..

In this case, however, the document was sent anonymously, and confirmed by the CPA who prepared it.
