Could be....though there are plenty of folks trying to figure out which 1997 losers can turn around fastest, and that type of market screen does highlight CNSI. COCN and NTII also are price-ravaged small neuro companies with a notable upswing today, which would support theory #1. There may also be rumors re: buyout that I am not privy to... I had a conversation 2-3 weeks ago with the CEO of a Big Pharma company, looking to expand their neuro portfolio, who acknowledged having been intrigued by CNSI, though he put it in past tense (though he would hardly have wanted to make a present-tense interest known to me). He is surely not alone, there are numerous big and mid-cap companies looking for the cheapest way to expand their pipelines. Analysts following Big Pharma firms may be placing some bets as to acquisition candidates. NeuroInvestment
