2016-10-03 @ 255-pounds . . . well, I just couldn't stay away from bread and chips!
PLUS, the smell of bacon started making me nauseous.
I've recently talked to a friend of mine who also has a friend who each lost well over 100-pounds just this year so far alone!
I've watched him shrink and shrink.
So, I finally asked him for specific details . . not just the "watch what I eat" basic line.
As of this morning, I am starting his diet that worked so well ... four rules he says:
  1. eat breakfast
  2. no soda of any kind
  3. no fast-food / heavily-processed items
  4. no eating after 7:00 pm
amazingly simple!
no carb restrictions . . just eat wisely.
He enjoys a good mix of protein, fat, and carbs.
potatoes and rice and bread is OK . . . as long as you adhere to those four rules.
again, eat wisely.
here I go . . wish me luck !!
