I find it odd that CTQ continues to claim that Cerro Samenta is not a good prospect, yet another appeal has been filed to get the property back. I'm not saying Cerro Samenta is a sure thing, but it is an excellent copper prospect. There have only been two holes drilled on the property (rumors are they came up empty) so we need more drilling to find out if this is a winner. Bottom line - either the Corriente appeal is not accepted or a deal is cut between MDR and CTQ. Hopefully, this is put to bed quickly so drilling can start again in January. I'm no fan of CTQ, but as a shareholder of MDR, I would not object to a compromise with CTQ to end the litigation. If this property has what is hoped, there is enough to go around.
