The dentist is definitely liable! Not only should he wave his $600.00 fee, but morally and legally he must pay for the oral surgery to be done -- and if he's smart he will because an injury attorney (which wopuld work on a no-fee, contingency basis) would also go after lost work, pain and suffering damages, etc.
