Where there's smoke there's fire right.

Bank of Montreal today amended their capital ratios. Just seems like daily some shit comes to light regarding banks.

Meanwhile markets are scraping along near all time highs and every time it looks like they're gonna break, out of the fire back into the pan.

We've seen this movie before though so I'm pretty sure of how it turns out.
