Oh, I thought you were a fed. employee. Everyone at ATC got an extra holiday this week, that hadn't been paid previously. My understanding is all US Gov't. employees got one. Surprise gift. Guess we can all figure out what will happpen to any budget surplus that develops this year as people continue to pay cap gains and roll their IRA's into Roth IRA's. Typically, there are way too many things our politicians want desperately to spend money on for us to expect any productive use of what may turn out to be a one time opportunity. Dwight
