Ameriquest filed a Notification of Late Filing on Tuesday (Check out Edgar).

In short, they are asking for a 15 day extension in order to shuffle around loans that are outstanding or expiring.

I have had to read this a few times in order to get the whole gist, but appears that Computer 2000 is maintaining solid support of Ameriquest and providing them an optimum loan terms.

If their credit reshuffling proves successful, Ameriquest might see some clear skies.
