Bush cut taxes as a pro growth response to a recession. The 01 tax cuts were poorly targeted and weak. But helped. But we were hit with 9/11, and without Bush's cuts in both 01 and stronger, better taregeted cuts in03, our economy would clearly have suffered mightily. He doesn't get credit for it but those cuts clearly prevented a serious economic crisis at that time. The growth of ISIS is clearly Obama's fault. He has blamed pretty much everything on Bush, but ISIS would never have amounted to a hill of beans without Obama's terrible incompetence. I have never been as pessimistic about the future of the United States as I am today. It is really hard to envision a decent future for our kids and grandkids. And that really sucks.
