I believe "wreaked havoc" would be correct. Wrought is an adjective. If "wreaked havoc" is not correct then I would suggest that, if we are going to create a new form of wreak, wroth would be a better v.t. than wrought. Wroth has a malicious connotation while wrought, if used correctly, means, "worked into shape by artistry or effort," according to my Webster's.
