The Huge ARIA Net Operating Loss (NLO) is a major offset to a BP tax liability and is an important part of the equation in the buyout..The 50 % premium which people on IHUB keep talking about is nonsense if there is more than one interested BP which I believe there is..Additionally,IMHO the Market Cap of the BP that buys ARIA will increase by more than what the BP pays..Think About It,Very Carefully !
