Hi jach. Re: Warnings. I know the closer we get to an earnings announcement the less likely it is we will have one. Of course, missing by a penny probably doesn't warrant a warning but would impact the stock price. Is there a definite time frame for issuing earnings warnings?

Admittedly, FORE's rally in early Dec. ended abruptly and sooner than prior resistance would have indicated. Although NASDAQ peaked soon thereafter, the sell-off in FORE started sooner, lasted longer and was greater than for NASDAQ as a whole. Moreover, it has bounced back less. So, I understand the reasons of those that think that FORE's DEC earnings will be disappointing. However, if you give any credence to Analyst Noel Lindsay's comments re: FORE having booked a solid dec qtr, you're lead to look for other reasons to account for the recent weakness in FORE's price e.g., Asian impact on profitability outlook for tech sector; out-of-favor networking sector; and tax loss selling......ed
