With 10s of millions of melanin-rich people in the USA, there should be thousands a day being killed if being black or dark brown is the reason for them being killed. It's easy to find them too. There they are just wandering around, seemingly not knowing that any passing policeman will shoot them. Even ducks during duck shooting season know to take to the hills or other safe areas while the hunters are on the rampage.

In fact, they are not being killed for being dark brown or black, they are being killed for non-compliant or threatening behaviour, or because the police think there's a threat where there isn't one, or the police do something retarded like threatening people with guns while disguised as civilians in gangstery looking clothes and the civilians sensibly try to protect themselves against home invasion or other threats. Sometimes the police are just trigger-happy violent idiots who love a turkey shoot.

Black police killing black people are not doing it because they dislike black people, it's for those other reasons.
It's not racism, it's fear, stupidity and aggression. Presenting the problem as being racism means the actual problems won't be fixed.
