Hi Arnold and Scotty~FWIW dept.: The usually pumped-up 'January' effect pushed annually by such small-cap experts as Jim Collins has proved an elusive commodity more often than not.

Last January, as you will recall, was a terrific small-cap bust. Of course the experts were ultimately correct, just got their J's confused. Jan., June, July? Have to cut them a little slack here and there...what's a few months where only some premiums are involved anyhow?
