Being a respected member of the mining community has little to do with the situation. If a consultant is paid to maintain chain of custody, they better be ready to appear in court and swear that the samples were always under their control. If Naxos contracted with BD to provide chain of custody, then BD should state such. If they won't state such then Naxos should not pay the fee. It is actually very simple.
