Here's an excerpted opinion from a critique on upgrades to
NT Server and NetWare that includes Web setup features.
For the full story that's worth a read, see the October/96
issue of PC World, Pages 62-64.

"For larger companies with multiple servers and locations,
NetWare will remain the network operating system of
choice, particularly for companies whose LAN managers
know the product. The benefits of 4.11 range from stream-
lined NDS tools to a long-awaited utility that makes upgrades
simple while saving existing accounts and settings. These
advances should convince managers of many NetWare sites
that never upgraded to take the plunge."
