BARRY , I TALKED WITH MIKE (GIFS INVESTOR RELATIONS) TODAY & EVERYTHING YOU SAID WAS CORRECT HOWEVER YOU HAVE TO HOLD THE GIFS STOCK , AFTER THE CONVERSION FROM IMXS - FOR 2 YEARS (RESTRICTED STOCK). I DIDN'T KNOW IF YOU WERE AWARE OF THIS. FOR THOSE THAT BOUGHT IMXS - YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT & SUBMIT A (VOTE)FORM TO GIFS & IT HAS TO BE IN THE COMPANY'S POSSESSION BT 10/01/96 - IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE CONVERSION.
