Jack, <<With the amount of money the trial lawyers donate to (especially) Democrats, but Republicans too, how much chance do you think there is of our getting the English tort system established here?>> Between the donations and with most politicians having law degrees we will probably have the English system when the next glacier hits to Everglades. Doesn't the English system use professional jurists. After some of the recent idiotic awards and verdicts I believe we need some one smarter than my peers in the jury box.
