Hey Brad, I just wanted to let you know that I've been looking over some of the material that the company sent out. It doesn't look too bad. As of right now the stock price is in a down trend and unless positive fundamental news were to come out I think it will continue for a little while. I'm going to keep my eye on the company but for now I think I am going to stay in a watch mode. Let me know if you hear anything, O.K.? Chuck
