it was in november but i can not disclose the deal i made - that would be improper i feel. i can only say that carbon based technologies are of great interest to me, that the new board has an agressive acquisition plan and that we do not view APN as a simple shell or holdco - we have a stategy to grow the business. The new board has experience in the graphite manufacturing industry, graphite mining, taxation, merchant banking and electro mechanical engineering and communications....
