Trickle down Obama style.

The last time I saw someone peeing down their leg, the results weren't very positive either. -g-

Keep seeing many gloom and doomers continue to expect the collapse soon with Deutsche Bank spiraling down a part of the mix.

Some of that IMO is just folk talking their book, an example being Jim Sinclair who is almost a perma-bull on gold. And that doesn't mean that I don't find him useful to read or listen to.

I could post a pile of charts that look like a recession or housing crash is nearby, but none of them take into account the various "hidden" economic and geopolitical games going on behind the scenes that are trying to set up barriers to prevent a recession or housing crash or much worse, etc. Their PR work is pretty decent and things like Fed daily TOMOs** enter in too, and so far it's working. Triggers are likely IMO to exist in places or things or events that don't get the "MSM treatment" or broad coverage amongst the gloom & doom crowd.

** Recent daily TOMO activity against major US stock market indexes, numbers:

Note that the peak around $400B immediately followed the recent stocks bottom. Must be a coincidence... -g-
