Thank you Stuart for your very prompt response.

Since you are now the largest shareholder, are we to assume that Strategic Exploration (STREX) no longer hold any of the 26,900,000 shares or 39.24% held as of May 19, 1997?

Last year, the 1996 financial statements were signed by Price Waterhouse, our auditors, on February 7th, 1997. (Actually, it was nothing that good to look at!). With the change of management, will there be a delay in preparing financial statements for 1997 or can we expect the auditors to finish their work in early February?
