It's been my conviction for a long time that any nuclear device that goes off in anger will plunge markets everywhere, ruining economies overnight; but I mostly only thought of some rogue nation being the perp. Hopefully, it's really Putin's saber-rattling meant to affect our election in Trump's favor, but I pray we don't take the bait.
