OFW, a friend suggested I might want to take a look at this stock. I am approaching it with an open mind,as I said I briefly looked through the financials-before I even new the price.Where can I get a good chart? Judging from the price/52 week high,my guess is the Reg S bandits have been shorting againest the block and have driven the price down. Have they been converting?,saw in the filings,they were able to,45 days from placement(@80% of market?).Any help regarding share count would be appreciated. Is the authorized still 50m? If so then there would be a cap on the number of shares that can be issued for conversion.More would require a shareholder vote,I believe..DD
