Paul,Re:"upgraded". I'm numbed on this. Last time when TXN fell BIG TIME, at least 2 (if I remember correctly) upgrade to 'STRONG BUY" around $135+ (pre-split). This upgrade instill 'FEARs' in my heart when earning is coming. Of course, no one really knows what these guys are doing. Just hope the industry and the business environment not deteriate too much from the SEA crisis. The markets looks to be new money into the market GINGERLY. The SEA debacle still (or starting) hanging over. Happy new year.
