One needs to be informed, know history, so in this way things are kept balanced & in fair perspective. An interesting example would be the 1953 Iranian Coup under Eisenhower, known as operation Ajax which involved Kermit Roosevelt the Harvard trained grandson of Teddy Roosevelt. For many years & still today this John Foster Dulles CIA operation is not known because is not discussed or spoken about (right wing likes to do this, out of sight out of mind) How many were killed, tortured, assassinated directly because we recklessly played with other fledgling democracies like Iran in 1950s? Reckless then & reckless we remained in decades to follow, only fools would point to Hillary as a scapegoat, but here your religion excels in this kind of demonizing, forgetting who the original demons were/are. Out of sight out of mind, just like the spirits, but you mention one death when we have caused 10s of 1000s, and so now we are not back in the medieval ages, you always reap what you sow.
