The company has released an 8-K to the SEC (Edgar) today. This means that it will not be available to view until Monday night or Tuesday afternoon. Everyone has to realize that RMIL is the 3rd party to the cash infusion of 5 million dollars, and the second 5 million dollars (loan). RMCW is the one getting the money (first). From what RMCW (Mike Puhr) has told me, it's just a matter of time before it's announced, and everything is still 100% on! I am not selling a single share when we open back up, even if the money news is not announced by then. If the MM's try to run it down, I and others are going to be buyers! Riley G
