Pat... very thoughtful comments. I, too, would like to believe that Seamans was speaking in good faith about three significant contracts. However, as everyone knows, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Wouldn't it appear that, even if Seamans was 100% accurate at the time he spoke, these contracts were written with so many escape clauses as to be virtually meaningless? What other explanation could there be for a "significant" contract turning out to be an apartment building?
