Unfortunately none of that is meaningful to myself or any of the other companies and/or people I know who have experienced substantial and frequent trouble with IOM products. It doesn't surprise me in the least that IOM longs would like to consider that a localized event across a half dozen or so companies but in fact the quality of their products is simply horrible. Sounds like IOM has been taking lessons from the tobacco companies in terms of minimizing problems with their product.
