Mark, I do not know of any connection between BROC and KEA other than Mr. Keane. However, BROC is a competitor with SEBL in the SFA market and KEA has had an active interest in the SFA arena using SEBL products. BROC is about to release its new NetGain product which is reported to be a substantial leap ahead of the SEBL products. I have speculated that KEA and BROC may partner or something in the SFA area. Also I understand that KEA needs additional expertise to deal with y2k work and BROC has a strong software R&D department and a large client base, some of which will need y2k work.

At the very least we can say that Mr. Keane usually deals with winners and his position on the BROC Board will lead to something good.
