And one can easily bet fertility rates sure to be well up over 4-5% when it comes to Pakistani Islamic fundamentalists in the city & rural areas. So yes, back to the OP, we have a moral obligation to set /offer an example & have with our efforts here and in Europe,Mexico, Brazil, China to lower birth rates thru FP & birth control. I have followed this situation for over 15yrs and those local archbishops in control in Philippines are intractable with such insane reasoning .
