'I emailed Fred today to see if there was anything new to report on the GE Healthcare law suit and the November 2016 hearing. As expected, nothing has changed and Prometic is not concerned. Here is Fred's reply: Hi XXXX, Nothing has changed on that front. We still strongly believe that their case does not hold water so to speak and we will strongly defend against this… We will obviously disclose any material news related to this in due time and as necessary.
